Do I need an account to bid?
Yes! You'll need to create an account with your full Name, Address, and Email to start bidding. Failure to include this information will result in your bid being cancelled.
What happens after I win?
You’ll get a confirmation email with your total and pickup instructions once the auction ends. Pay In-store Only. 🎉
Can I have my item shipped?
All auction items are in-store pickup only (Surrey location).
Are the items brand new?
Products are fully tested and functional and may or may not have cosmetic wear. Specific conditions will be listed in the product description. All items come with a 30-Day Open Box / Refurbished Warranty.
Can I return or exchange my winning item?
Sorry, all bids are Final Sale — no returns or exchanges.
How long do I have to pick it up?
You have 7 days to pay in-store and pick up your item. Failure to pick up within this period may result in the second highest bidder being declared the winner.
How often do new auctions happen?
