Do I need an account to bid?
Yes! You'll need to create an account with your full Name, Address, and Email to start bidding. Failure to include this information will result in your bid being cancelled.
What happens after I win?
You’ll get a confirmation email with your total and pickup instructions once the auction ends. Pay In-store or Online — taxes apply. 🎉 🎉
Can I have my item shipped?
All auction items are in-store pickup only (Surrey location).
Are the items brand new?
Products are fully tested and functional and may or may not have cosmetic wear. Specific conditions will be listed in the product description. All items come with a 30-Day Open Box / Refurbished Warranty.
Can I return or exchange my winning item?
Sorry, all bids are Final Sale — no returns or exchanges.
How long do I have to pick up my item?
You have 5 days to pay in-store and pick up your item after the auction ends. Important: You must bring two valid forms of ID that match the name and information you used to register for bidding. Acceptable IDs include government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport) and another secondary ID with your name and address. Failure to provide these IDs will prevent pickup and may result in the second highest bidder being declared the winner.
